I found the description of the product to be true: it covered the white root strip in the middle of my head (parting), it doesn’t smudge onto pillows (but will be on your fingertips if you rub your fingers in it), dark brown was spot on for my black hair, and I’m confident that no-one will spot that I’ve used it because it looks so natural. The big question: would I recommend it? Absolutely. 🙂
Very good and lasting coverage, it stays on until the next time you wash your hair. It doesn’t stain my pillows but of course stains my fingers if I rub the covered area. People need to bear in mind this is NOT a substitute for dying your hair – it’s for roots only, and of course has a matt, powdery finish because it ultimately IS a compact powder. Which makes sense as it’s for the roots, try putting on a hair mascara or something similar and the roots will look greasy and sticky! Lastly, it may seem expensive but one item lasts me about one and a half years, so it really doesn’t break the bank.
I’m astonished by the poor reviews for this product! Not sure what they’re reviewing but I’ve been using this for years and it’s fantastic. Saves me a fortune in that I can delay recolouring for two weeks and people are always amazed when I tell them I have grey hair. It covers well, lasts between shampoos and doesn’t come off on my pillow. What are you all using?!

This hair tonic was a slow burn for me. On the back of the bottle you are instructed to use a coin-sized amount of product, is that 1p, 50p or £2?? So clearer instructions would have been appreciated and I think for the first few times I used it I thought it was a waste of money. I have persevered with it and now I think that it has made a difference to my fine, thinning hair. It has some extra oomph. I should point out that I use this tonic in conjunction with two other volume/strengthening hair products which I am loyal to and my hair looks ‘normal’, which is good news for me!! I think it bottle will last a good six months so overall it is good value too.

I have naturally wavy, very fine and frizz prone hair. This product is very easy to use and a little goes a long way. It smooths my hair, adds a little body and eliminates static. Not very keen on the smell although it disappears after drying. Ok so it doesn’t give me thick glossy locks but more body, no static and less frizz …. I’m happy!

This is expensive, and I’m not sure why, but I do prefer it to all the colour sprays as it doesn’t leave that hard, painted look on my hair. It looks more natural and is easy to apply just where I need it – in my parting and around the sides of the face. The only issue i have is that the powder breaks up easily and it can get quite messy to carry about and use.

I was expecting something that could cover up my grey roots (I’m not even that grey), it definitely isn’t a complete cover up but does a decent enough patch job, unfortunately you need to use so much product to even get it to that point. Fantastic the best root cover up there is. Easy and quick to use. Lasts until the next wash. Doesn’t come off on your pillow like the sprays. Wouldn’t be without it. Lasts ages too so worth the money.

I have been using this since last 3 weeks. My skin is dry sensitive n acne prone. So since last 3 weeks there is no dryness n not even a single pimple. That may be because it deeply clean you skin.

When I first got this product, I don’t think I applied it quite right and of course was disappointed. Having re tired, by taking smaller pieces and holding the hair close to the scalp I achieved better results. I feel the platinum box is a little misleading as I’m not sure how they achieve such bright highlights on such dark roots. I have spoken with WOW about this and await their response. However if you don’t expect miracles this is a very god product and I’m so pleased I have bought a second one! If you look at the pic, left side is without WOW the right is after I applied, it’s pretty good !
WOW is right! Kids love this tube. I have had ages 4-24 on this tube and all come off smiling. We pull behind a wakeboard boat and find it is easy to pull, doesnt submarine and there is little spray. Kids cant go flying off the sides, which they like. I am the spotter and am happy to watch this tube as all I see behind the boat are ear to ear smiles. Highly recommended

Everyone knows what lockdown does to roots! This has been my go to product. I’ve been using it for years but perhaps not as much as I do now! Works a treat and looks so natural unlike sprays which change the texture of your hair. Wouldn’t buy any other root touch up product ever.

Why have I only just found this wonderful product?!Speaking as a lady of a ‘certain’ age, it has long driven me insane when, five minutes after straightening my hair, I’d be hit with a hot flush – and I’d be back to square one.No longer!I apply Dream Coat, rough dry my hair (I’m not the best at blow waving) and then straighten my hair with my GHD’s.The effect is soft, shiny hair with glass-like reflections. Not only that, but when a hot flush hits and I find myself with damp hair, once it dries out again, it simply falls back into place. No frizz or curls whatsoever.It’s pricey, I admit – but more than worth it.Tip: take a look at the instructional videos on YouTube to see the correct method of application.

I saw this product featured in an online article about the new “glass bob” haircut popularity. Although I don’t have a bob haircut, I do have a lot of thick, shoulder length hair that I blow dry and curl and I’m always looking for ways to control the ‘frizz’. This stuff looked like ultimate solution! It wasn’t. NO! I followed the directions and had read other reviews saying they really made sure to saturate their hair, comb it through, etc. It dried my hair out so badly that my frizz was actually WORSE! I still chalked this up to me not using it correctly somehow and tried again a couple days later. Attempt #2…still horrible results! My hair was super dry and actually shedding like crazy! I didn’t dare try a third time! I had to get this stuff out of my hair (which takes a few shampoos) and deep condition it to get it back to normal. Now, to be clear, I do not live in a normally humid climate (Tucson, AZ) – but before you laugh, our summers tend to be on the humid side because of our monsoons, thus my decision to purchase this stuff in the first place. I just returned the product as of yesterday for a refund – and again, I don’t do that very often either, but at $30 and as bad as I felt this stuff was, I had to!

When I first got this product, I don’t think I applied it quite right and of course was disappointed. Having re tired, by taking smaller pieces and holding the hair close to the scalp I achieved better results. I feel the platinum box is a little misleading as I’m not sure how they achieve such bright highlights on such dark roots. I have spoken with WOW about this and await their response. However if you don’t expect miracles this is a very god product and I’m so pleased I have bought a second one! If you look at the pic, left side is without WOW the right is after I applied, it’s pretty good !

The packaging of the shampoo & conditioner is disgusting..as the product is thick, it doesn’t come out of the pump bottle.. Additionally,the use of shampoo & conditioner has made my hair very coarse and I had severe hair fall 😫Very disappointing product from WOW..not worth the Hype 😒
These products are literally amazing. The oil is a bit thick but it is a nice one.Shampoo is sulfate free that is why it does have some difficulty to remove the oil(as it is thick) but it is not it’s cons. Shampoo is very good.Conditioner is fab. It actually makes your hair shiny and soft…
Why have I only just found this wonderful product?!Speaking as a lady of a ‘certain’ age, it has long driven me insane when, five minutes after straightening my hair, I’d be hit with a hot flush – and I’d be back to square one.No longer!I apply Dream Coat, rough dry my hair (I’m not the best at blow waving) and then straighten my hair with my GHD’s.The effect is soft, shiny hair with glass-like reflections. Not only that, but when a hot flush hits and I find myself with damp hair, once it dries out again, it simply falls back into place. No frizz or curls whatsoever.It’s pricey, I admit – but more than worth it.Tip: take a look at the instructional videos on YouTube to see the correct method of application.
I have very thick, coarse mid length hair, and have been looking for the holy grail product that allows my hair to appear shiny and tamed for a whole life time. After reading the reviews and watching demo’s of this on one of the TV shopping channels, I decided to give it a go. What a disappointment. It says to saturate the hair evenly for best results. I did this and when my hair was blow dried it just appeared lank and greasy. Also, the bottle is almost impossible to hold properly and spray the nozzle in the direction the product is needed – this needs a major redesign as I had to decant mine into a more manageable spray bottle. Would not recommend this product .
It has been a great product for me the first time I used it it made my hair more softer more manageable and it kept my hair straight all day but I have very thick frizzy hair so I don’t think this will last me 3 washes but nevertheless I’m loving this product and I have had compliments on my hair

My friend buys the ‘dark brown’ for her black hair, so I did the same, but I did thinks ‘should I buy the black?’. Anyway, the product arrived, and I tried the ‘dark brown’ straight away. I found the description of the product to be true: it covered the white root strip in the middle of my head (parting), it doesn’t smudge onto pillows (but will be on your fingertips if you rub your fingers in it), dark brown was spot on for my black hair, and I’m confident that no-one will spot that I’ve used it because it looks so natural. The big question: would I recommend it? Absolutely. 🙂
Very good and lasting coverage, it stays on until the next time you wash your hair. It doesn’t stain my pillows but of course stains my fingers if I rub the covered area. People need to bear in mind this is NOT a substitute for dying your hair – it’s for roots only, and of course has a matt, powdery finish because it ultimately IS a compact powder. Saw the hype and as a hairdresser, thought I’d try it out. Not much volume to start with and totally flat a couple of hours later. Left the hair with a plastic shine which “looked” greasy the next day. Raise the root was better but both not worth the price sadly.

I don’t know what to say and how to say it didn’t give me the volume that I expected but it gave me a volume and it made my hair so movable it make my hair move and I’m a black girl. My hair is not super thick. I’m not super thin, but it feels like it give my hair weight and some thickness may be the way I blow dry my hair I don’t know but I loved it. I don’t hate it and I think the people who would have the most volume ever is the people with smooth hairs I mean not an Afro hair

And I recommended it for my sisters for my cousins for all the people that I love I recommended this spray with a blow dry it makes the blow dry so easy and fast and make the hair afterwords so soft and I don’t know about if it’s it’s light, it doesn’t really resist the humidity. Specially, not the humidity exactly but if you are a sweater from your hair follicles or from your hair scalp, it won’t work, the other one with the black thing is I think much stronger but I haven’t used it yet but if you like me with a very dry to normal hair, you can use it if you don’t sweat from your sculpt, you can use it so effective, and he shot me how effective it is

At first i was ready to be disappointed But this product really worked for my curly hair when i blow dry it.I live in a humid city and its pretty much impossible to not get frizzy after a perfect blow dry.The only problem is the bottle is very tiny and you’re really supposed to saturate the product, TWO blow drys and it’s finished on my mid hair length

البخاخ ماله ختم يدل انه جديد. السائل الي داخله نصف العلبه شكله مستخدم انصح وبشده عدم الشراء
